Let's Started with Photo Tutorial:

| STEP-1 Just open your Google Chrome Web Browser and Click on Chrome Web Store or visit "Chrome.google.com/webstore". |

| STEP-2 Type "FVD Video Downloader" in search bar, located at top left side. |
 |
| STEP-3 Click on "SIGN IN TO ADD" button as shown in pic. |
 |
| STEP-4 Type your Gmail/Google Email ID & Password and Click on Sign In. |
 |
| STEP-5 Click on "ADD TO CHROME" button as shown in pic. |
 |
| STEP-6 Confirm New App by clicking on "Add" as shown in pic. |
 |
| STEP-7 A New Tab will be open then just click on FVD Video Downloader Launcher as shown in pic. |
 |
| STEP-8 You have to again click on "ADD TO CHROME" button. |
 |
| STEP-9 Now Confirm New Extension by clicking on "Add" button. |
 |
| STEP-10 New Tab will be open and you can see Download Symbol/ Icon Next to Chrome URL/Address Bar, as shown in pic. |

| STEP-11 Now just go to DailyMotion.com and Search your favourite Video Which you want to download, After finishing search just click on that Video to start/play. |

| STEP-12 Pause your Video after it plays till 2-seconds, as shown in pic. |
 |
| STEP-13 Now just click on Download Symbol/Icon as shown in pic and click on Download Button which ended with .FLV format Video. Note: You may change the quality of the Video and can download any available quality video at any time by selecting video quality and play that video for 2-seconds and pause, then perform same above and below steps. |

| STEP-14 It'll ask you to save the file where ever you prefer and can also rename it and then click on "Save" button to start downloading it. |

| STEP-15 As you can see bottom of the Pic that Downloading Video is in and it'll be available very shortly. |

| STEP-16 So Video was finished downloading and Click on it to Play. |
 |
| STEP-17 So Here's the downloaded video, which start playing Successfully. |

| STEP-13-b You may also download the Videos using IDM by click on "Download video from this page" and choose that file which Title is similar with the above downloaded Video. But Remember one thing without using the FVD Extension, IDM can't download Videos from DailyMotion. |
Hi!Thank you very much for sharing this.I thought it was impossible to download videos from DailyMotion since they had changed the streaming method last year.At least it's impossible with my DownloadHelper add-on for Firefox.But it totally works with FVD+Google Chrome!
However,I have one problem downloading videos from a particular channel:can you download this video? http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xcsfui_baroin-il-n-y-a-pas-de-cagnotte-c-e_news
I noticed that all the other videos on the same channel can't be downloaded using FVD either.But FVD works fine when downloading other videos on DailyMotion.I don't know why...So I really want to know if it's the same with you and if you could solve this problem.Huge thanks in advance.

Could you please explain what kind of problem are you facing to download that above linked video?
FVD (fast video download) addon is also available in firefox..How could anyone start using other browser just for downloading..May be when you posted, fvd was not available on firefox but its now available..Have a fun!!!Dont need to leave your favorite browser...:-)

I'm using the latest versions of all the mentioned products but it gives me all the time the same error - "Can't download video - Server problem".

If you are using IDM Software with FVD Downloader Plug in as well as Proxy software, then go to your IDM Options/Configuration then go to Proxy/Socks tab, finally click on "Get from IE" and Ok to apply.

Ok. I have checked this and I am too receiving the same error. I think this new issue made by Dailymotion but I'll find an alternative way to fix the issue. Till then wait.

You can download Videos from Youtube using IDM but can't download from Dailymotion. The Dailymotion changed and blocked users for downloading videos from their website. I'll find the alternative way and it'll be share soon.
I tried this but it only gives me a video with almost 1 mb that doesn't work .

Actually the fact is that couple of weeks ago, Dailymotion blocked all possibilities which people let to download videos from their server. This trick was working perfectly but now it's not. Stay connected, I'll very soon give an alternative way.
