Windows generally sets Auto Power management for computers and laptops and especially when you will do a clean installation of Windows on Laptop or Notebook, you might have noticed some Auto Display features, like suddenly screen dimmed and system display turn off and go to Sleep mode after some specific or defined time by Windows itself. Windows on Computer will also do it but this features pre-enabled in Laptop which is for surely saving Power or Charge in Laptop. So Auto sleeping is not generally an issue, it's just a feature which will save power for Laptop. But if Power Saving or Power Plan is turning off display or putting your PC to sleep, is only saving your Power but it'll not perfume any action if you are using you computer because it'll do the action when you left using computer about some specific time in minutes.
Generally, Power Saving Plan set to 5 Minutes before turning of Display and 15 minutes to put your computer on sleep. But if you messed up with it then you can change this setting anytime according to your wish and can increase the amount of time and completely turn off this feature by selecting Never.
